One day, Ichika meets Morgan, a woman from the GHQ Procurement Department, at the hotel where she works. Later, a dinner for the Procurement Department was to be held at Kuwanoki, but according to Tajima, the senior chef at the hotel, Morgan would not eat food made by the Japanese. Kuwanoki rents out its kitchen to foreign chefs, but Amane and the head chef Togawa are at odds over the management decision. Amid the unrest, Amane suggests that Ichika prepare just one dish.
