Mentsuyu Hitori Meshi EP10 “Zhajiangmian/Marinated Tuna Tekone zushi”

The president and the other employees assume that Tsuyu only uses mentsuyu seasoning, so Iriko gives her some tianmianjiang. That night, Tsuyu challenges herself to create a sauce-based dish with the help of her inner Mrs Togoshi, but ultimately uses mentsuyu as a finishing touch. A few days later, Tsuyu realizes with horror that mentsuyu is so versatile that she has completely forgotten its original purpose.
