Although Amane was far from at ease upon receiving the news, he couldn’t bring himself to tell Ichika how he felt. At Kuwanoki, Tajima naturally supports Ichika, and she finds solace in his kindness. Now that physical distance separates them, what will become of this couple?

Suddenly, Sakae enlisted Machiko’s support and proposed opening a second branch of Kuwanoki. Amane distrusted Sakae for pushing things forward without consulting them, but after accepting the university professor’s proposal, he confessed a certain plan to Ichika. Although shaken by Amane’s momentous decision, Ichika created a dish in support of Amane. It was a special dish that connected the couple.
