Tired of their stagnant relationship, Kaede confides in her other childhood friends, Iori and Mio, and decides to move on from Haru. However, despite her resolve, Kaede finds herself unable to fully let go of Haru. Iori treats her gently, acting like a mature man. Seeing Kaede and Iori suddenly grow close shakes Haru. Though slow to catch on, he begins to realize his own true feelings. Yet, because of his pure heart, Haru stubbornly clings to a promise he made to Kaede’s late mother.
