Rei Saegusa visits Todoroki Design for the first time in five years to set a trap for Yasuhiko Todoroki. Todoroki is captivated by something Rei shows him, inspiring him to finalize the design he will submit to the competition. At the competition venue, where the parties involved in the affair and those connected to it have gathered, Rei finally puts her plan into action.

For Rei Saegusa, Yasuhiko Todoroki, the current target, was practically her sworn enemy. Five years ago, Rei’s husband, Shin Saegusa, worked at Todoroki Design. However, Shin became bedridden after an accident at work resulting from an office affair involving Todoroki. Determined that “never again will there be another victim like Shin,” Rei launched her company, AIR Cleaning. Now, she is finally set to take on Todoroki.

Rei’s expression changes as she reads the documents handed to her by the Master. This time, the target is the famous architect Yasuhiko Todoroki. It seems there is some history between Rei and Todoroki. Thanks to Arata’s investigation, they also obtain conclusive evidence of the affair between Todoroki and his subordinate, Tsubasa Misono. For some reason, however, Rei doesn’t seem eager to start the “cleaning” right away.

Although Arata succeeded in breaking up Shuhei and Seira, he is troubled by the fact that Koyuki misunderstood him and ended up getting hurt as a result. Sympathizing with Arata’s concern, Rei decides to check in with Koyuki. Meanwhile, events take an unexpected turn for Shuhei and Seira.

Rei sets out to establish Arata as the heir to a major talent agency, manipulating Seira into shifting her attention from Shuhei to Arata. Seira decides to use Arata as her next stepping stone and it seems as though the plan has been executed successfully. However, Arata cannot shake the feeling that he has hurt Seira’s secretary, Koyuki Narimiya, who has worked so hard for her.

This time, the target is the nephew of a high-profile political figure and prefectural assembly member. Seira Ichinose rose from local idol to assembly member and has garnered attention as the ‘Twin-Tail Assemblywoman’. However, she was actually passionately involved in an affair with Shuhei Motomura, the nephew of the ruling party’s policy chief and a fellow assembly member. She also lacked the sense of responsibility expected of an assembly member and even skipped her official duties. Rei sends Arata to infiltrate the office as a part-time worker to begin investigating Seira’s background.

Rei devises a plan involving Mina to uncover Kawashima’s true feelings and unravel the unsettling age-gap affair between PTA President Abe Sakurako and basketball club advisor Kawashima. Mina joins the “Office AIR Cleaning” operation, and they skillfully extract information, succeeding in exposing Kawashima’s true nature.

Office AIR Cleaning is dealing with the affair between the PTA president and a teacher! Akane, the PTA secretary, is devastated by the affair’s disruption. To help Akane, Rei puts the cleaning plan into action.

The next target is a rampant affair within the school. “Office AIR Cleaning” uncovers the affair between the PTA president and a teacher! After receiving a cleaning request from the school chairman, Rei infiltrates the PTA as an administrative staff member.

Rei successfully infiltrated KEITEI CREATE again, this time as the president’s secretary. She is tracking the relationship between President Takayuki Kamiya and senior secretary Marin Kurashina. Meanwhile, Arata pretended to be a banker to approach Marin, managing to get close to her. Marin began treating Takayuki coldly. It seemed she had finally succeeded in tearing them apart. However, Takayuki suddenly locked Rei in the president’s office.
